At The Physique Project, we stand behind the quality and purity of our products. Every batch is tested for safety and efficacy, and your satisfaction matters to us.


 

1. All Sales Are Final

 


Due to the nature of dietary supplements and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used products. This ensures all customers receive 100% safe, sealed, and uncontaminated supplements.


 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 


If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thephysiqueproject.com with:

 

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue (damaged item, packaging, etc.)

 


We’ll replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund if the product is unavailable.


 

3. Lost or Missing Packages

 


If your package shows as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

 

  • Wait 24–48 hours as carriers sometimes mark early deliveries.

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office.

    If still not found after that, contact us. We’ll investigate with the carrier and help resolve it case by case.

 


 

4. Returns (Unopened Items Only)

 


Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.


 

5. Refund Processing

 


Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the product is received and inspected.


 

6. Subscription Orders

 


You may cancel a subscription at any time before the next billing date. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation or refund.
